Thank you for visiting and shopping at Love Always Collective! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1-2 business days]. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: [3-5 business days] - $10.00
  • Express Shipping: [1-3 business days] - $15.00
  • Delivery times vary based on the destination, shipping method, and carrier availability.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. In-Store Pickup

  • Free in-store pickup is available at our store located at 15 Alpine Street Ferntree Gully. Select "Pickup" at checkout to avoid shipping charges. Orders are generally ready within [1-2 business days] and must be picked up during our business hours (Mon-Sat: 10 AM - 4 PM, Sun: 10 AM - 2 PM).

5. International Shipping

  • We do not ship internationally at this time. 

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain items may be restricted from shipment to certain destinations, as specified on the product page.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Love Always Collective is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
